Record the page address, the sentence or instruction, why it may be wrong and the primary source that supports a correction. For an urgent threat, contact the relevant emergency service; a publisher feedback queue is not monitored as an emergency channel.
How a correction should work.
The editor checks the original source, the new evidence and whether other pages or paid materials are affected. A meaningful safety or factual change should receive a dated correction note. Small typographic fixes do not need to obscure the more consequential changes.
